Prof. Lei Pan is the Associate Dean of the School of Control and Mechanical Engineering at Tianjin Chengjian University. He is a Tier 2 candidate of the Tianjin 131 Talent Project, a key young and middle-aged innovative talent in Tianjin’s universities, and the person in charge of a first-class course in Tianjin. He serves as a reviewer for international journals including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics. He has led or played a major role in over 30 projects spanning national, provincial/ministerial, and industry-collaborative developments. He has received two third-class Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Awards. In recent years, he has published numerous papers in authoritative academic journals such as IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, and IEEE Sensors Journal, with more than 30 papers indexed by SCI and EI. He holds 2 authorized international patents and 12 domestic invention patents.

Assoc. Prof.Liyang Zhang

Liyang Zhang is an Associate Professor at the School of Control and Mechanical Engineering, Tianjin Chengjian University. He is a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Tianjin Electrical Engineering Society, an expert reviewer for the China International College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and a member of the Tianjin Computer Society. He has previously led several major projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation (General Program), the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation, the Tianjin Science and Technology Planning Project, and the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission’s Research Program.
